Guarantee, Exchange, and Watch Return Policy
Returns are accepted for a full refund minus any applicable shipping costs for a period of two weeks after receipt. Extensions of the two week period may be made by agreement at the time of sale. If you wish to return a watch, it must be in original unworn condition. Any scratches, damage, or other wear marks voids your ability to return the watch. We are very strict about this. Certain special orders are not returnable. If your watch falls into this category, you will be notified during at the time of sale.
All watches are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty. Once a watch is worn, it is no longer returnable and all claims are subject to the conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
